Synopsis: World-renowned accordion player, Con Certina, has returned to his hometown of Harmony Hills for the unveiling of a new statue of him in front of City Hall. When he arrives in town, a ‘welcome home’ event is arranged and Con meets up with several folks from his past. Unfortunately, not everyone is pleased to see him again.
