Fremont Civic Theatre text

Founded in 1947, Fremont Civic Theatre [FCT] has been a part of the cultural offering of the Royal Gorge Region for over 65 years. Fremont Civic Theatre produces a full season of shows annually, including large scale musicals, plays, childrens theatre and a New Year’s Eve murder mystery fundraiser/dinner theatre. We provide fun and learning for children and adults in the community who are interested.

FCT is a non-profit organization and an all-volunteer theatre which depends on the continued support of it’s members, patrons, and guests. FCT is recognized as a Colorado non-profit organization. Our annual fundraiser is our New Year’s Eve Murder Mystery Theatre with a Silent Auction of great gift packages held here in Canon City.

Continuing a tradition, Fremont Civic Theatre Players will collect non-perishable food items in December for Loaves & Fishes Charity.  You can save $1.00 per ticket by doing so.  Please bring your donation of non-perishable food and/or household items when you come to see the show. See a TERRIFIC, FUNNY show and donate to a GREAT and WORTHY cause!
